Apparently people who have no problem believing themselves to be Level 40 Blood Elves riding giant purple chickens have a harder time imagining there’s a big bearded guy in the sky watching over them. Yep, atheism has come to the World of Warcraft, and to hear some tell it, that’s not such a good thing:
Atheism these days has gone from a belief system to a lifestyle. Now you have all these kids running around screaming “SKREW U GOD!! LULZ” because they think its the cool thing, not because they have come to any decision regarding their beliefs.

Well, I’m 16 which is a bit better than 13…. I’ve gone to church 2 times. Bad experiences. There is ZERO proof that any of that religion stuff is real, and there is ZERO way to ever prove it. So, until it’s proven that there really is a god I will continue to stay athiest. And if I ever found out it was real, I would convert to satanism, simply because that’s what’s up.

This has less to do with Atheism taking any great stand and a normal shift in social evolution. I am imagine most of these kids were not indoctorinated in a church at an early age. So the fear of God wasn’t placed in them or they were taken to church waaaay tooo much so they are rebelling against their parents. In the long run many people have these internal conflicts over faith some come out as religious zealots and others Aetheist or just don’t give two fart either way like myself. But it gets harder with each generation to keep the cutain up on any supernatural belief due to technology and the global veiw on society.
Madalyn Murray O Hair was a Dawkins type atheist in the 60s, and her son became a Christian priest! (She disowned him shortly after!)

I bet you have! and in that case did you know that the Bible is considered by many and in fact the most credible historians as a historical text accounting for the REAL existence of the man known as Jesus Christ. In which I say to you, that if you wish to consider the proof of God in this world do not look to the Church institution itself or to the Christian people (you will be disappointed, without a personal belief of your own). Rather to the The Gospels of the New Testament attesting to the proof of Christ Jesus and the faith and belief that has lasted over the years through many a trial throughout human existence.
